“Smashing Images” Logo Concept: This logo has two variations on a theme; one for a black background, the other white. The name “Smashing Images” came to me somewhat randomly (thinking about smashing atoms), and hence the graphic at the right meant to suggest exactly that. The colors also suggest a sense of energy. The font choice was pretty easy — it jumped right out at me, though it required a decent amount of kerning to space the letters just right.

I like the way the colors came out most — almost like a tie-dye effect. Believe me, they didn’t start that way, and it was entirely by accident that I got the effect. Now that it’s there, I can’t imagine it any other way.
